Classic inspired cocktail by The Cellar in Fullerton, CA.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pony shot Famous Grouse scotch
  • 1/2 shot Death’s Door gin
  • 1/6 shot Lillet Blanc
  • Dash Peychaud’s bitters

Instructions:

  • Stir all ingredients in rocks glass.
  • Add large square ice cube.
  • Garnish with lemon peel.
