Well well well, Justin at Big Head Design no longer stands alone in the bowels of Alltop’s gut. ninethreestudio.com has been accepted to the king’s court… maybe as a jester, but i’m in. The foot in the door is all it takes to someday overthrow the throne, right? haha. Give us a follow, there’s big things to come this year for ninethreestudio.com… BIG THINGS!
On a side note, i guess our site was so good that they had to list it twice. Once as “NINETHREE STUDIO” and once as “NINETHREESTUDIO.COM”. Hey, double exposure, I’ll take it! By the power of Grayskull, i came across a huge time waster productive site. As always, i love to share these kinds of things with my community. Let me break it down for you. click, click, click.. sever is down at work… click click… internet is working though… SHAZAAAAM! Cubeecraft.com! *angels sing*
Ok, i may be paraphrasing a bit there, but i think you get the point. By utilizing a person’s sense of self worth when they create something by hand and the keen graphic design templates that produce MANY characters imaginable, cubeecraft.com was born. 
Being a child of the 80′s i WAS awfully tempted to have a little paper craft Pee-Wee Herman w/ Chairy, but then decided to settle on the infamous Stay Puft Marshmallow man (thank you ghostbusters!). X-acto in hand i began the semi-tedious process of cutting across the lines. Taking a minute to feel like i was back in crafts school, i carried on. 7-10 short minutes later the payoff was at hand, excuse the pun. Mini Stay Puff will now guard my cubicle from would-be assassins… errr well, not really… *mumbles* just don’t cross the streams…
Now, head on over to cubeecraft.com (Don’t forget the extra ‘e’ or you, like me, will end up in an internet black hole of asian characters) and cut yourself a little desk mate. Post a comment with a photo of yourself and the little fella, i’d love to see ‘em.

I know I’ve said it, tweeted it, promised it and even hoped for it… but it’s a new year damnit, and i need to light my own fire to get my butt in gear. So, in (hopefully) the first of many portfolio updates to come, here’s a really quick sneak peak at some Tilt-Shift photography edits i made earlier today. Thanks to Brandon Jaime, i’ve been given a crash course in how to make my (or photos found on compfight.com) really stand out and gain a sense of uniqueness. You can take practically any tired old photo and within minutes *POOF* perfect, shiny and new… Rode hard and put away wet!! (That’s a little tribute to one of my old-school favorite bands, Diesel Boy)
Browsing through my google reader I came across a nifty link that lets you build and direct your own 3d movie. Due to my always pressing time constraint I was only able to throw a little video together, but I plan on making another when I’ve got more free time. It’s kind of fun getting to play “God”… I guess that’s why I became a designer… to create!
